Condition
1. The promotional period is from 29th October 2008
until 30th November 2008.
2. Subject to the remainder of these terms and conditions
you can claim £100 cash back on any qualifying HP Pavilion
PC when purchased for a price of £600 inc. VAT or above.
In order to qualify, the valid PC needs to be purchased
between 29th October 2008 and 30th November 2008. You
may claim cash back for a maximum of 2 qualifying HP
Pavilion PC’s during the period of the promotion. The
qualifying HP Pavilion PC’s are listed below: a. Qualifying
Notebooks Model Numbers dv5-1000 dv7-1002 dv7-1050 b.

3. You have 14 days to submit and enter their cash back
claim from the time of purchase. Any claims submitted
after the 14 day time period will be denied. The date
on the receipt marks the date of purchase.
4. The promotion is only valid on products that are
in stock at the point of purchase and within the promotional
period.
5. HP employees, resellers or retailers are not permitted
to make a claim on behalf of an eligible end user.
6. To take advantage of the promotion, you must complete
the online claim form available on www.hp.com/uk/great-return
and upload your receipt. Alternatively the receipt can
be e-mailed to great-return@hp.com or faxed to +49 -
7031 / 7632-111 or posted to PO BOX 7393, Reading, RG27
7JJ as long as the order number has been written on
the receipt. If this number has not been written on
the receipt then the claim will be deemed invalid. The
receipt also needs to be sent within 14 days of completing
the online claim form in order to be valid. Proof of
order or despatch will not be accepted. The receipt
must clearly show the qualifying products purchased,
the purchase price and the date of purchase. You must
not send original receipts.
7. An application can only be accepted with the entry
of the personal details as set out in the application
form online on the promotional web page. Any other form
received in another manner than prescribed above will
not be accepted. HP shall be entitled in its absolute
discretion to reject any claims which do not comply
with these terms and conditions; are illegible, are
incomplete or are altered from the form.
8. To fully complete the form, you must provide your
name, email address, telephone number, bank details,
and details of the products you purchased and answer
required questions and complete the privacy statement
section. Answers must be in the official language(s)
of The United Kingdom. In collecting this information
HP shall comply in all respects with the HP privacy
policy. HP may from time to time share such information
with its business partners. Such partners shall at all
times be subject to adequate contractual provisions
to protect your privacy.
9. This promotion does not affect yourstatutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or defective products, and products
which are the subject of consumer credit or distance
selling transactions must be returned to the retailer
for replacement or rebate as provided by, and in accordance
with, local law in the country of purchase.
10. The promotion is valid in respect of qualifying
products purchased either directly from HP or an authorised
retailer of HP. For a full list of authorised HP retailers
please visit www.hp.com/uk/e-locator purchases direct
from HP distribution partners are ineligible. The promotion
is only valid for end user customers; claims where the
products purchased will be resold or rented to a third
party are ineligible for this promotion.
11. Once the claim has been received, yu will receive
confirmation of receipt of claim by email. It is your
responsibility to contact the HP promotions team using
the email address above if you have not received this
confirmation within seven days of their claim being
submitted.
12. Cash back can only be issues through a bank credit
transfer. The cash back will be issued into the account
that you supply the details for within the online claim
form. HP regrets that no other form of payment can be
issued.
13. Allow 45 days for the total sum to be credited into
your specified account from acknowledgment of your successful
claim.
14. Rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate
payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability
lies with the recipient.
15. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
The cash back will only be paid upon satisfaction by
you of these terms and conditions. By completing the
claim process you confirm your acceptance of these terms
and conditions. Return of the qualifying HP product
to the seller following submission of the claim for
the cash back will disentitle you to the cash back.
16. The promotion is open to residents of the UK only.
Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only.
Resellers and retailers may not submit claims on behalf
of their customers.
17. This offer can be combined in conjunction with the
HP half price wireless printer promotion as long as
the retailer is running both promotions and is subject
to the availability of qualifying stock and the terms
and conditions of the printer promotion are also adhered
to.

19. The cash back cannot be granted to anyone who: a)
has not purchased a qualifying HP product within the
promotional period; and/or b) has not completed the
claim form; and/or c) has not supplied proof of purchase
within 14 days of submitting the online claim; and/or
e) failed in any way to comply with these terms and
conditions.
20. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete,
altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will
be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or
are late, damaged, mis-directed, delayed in the post
or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will
not be accepted as proof of delivery.
21. HP is not responsible or liable for any technical,
hardware, software, server, website, or other failures
or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents
you from or otherwise obstructs you in participating
in the promotion.
22. HP reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure
that the terms and conditions of the promotion have
been met and to request additional information regarding
any and all claims and supporting documents.
23. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes
property of HP and will not be returned. Submission
of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation
may result in disqualification from this promotion and
future HP promotions and may result in you being subject
to prosecution.
24. HP may declare this promotion to be void where it
is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable
law.
25. The decisions of Hewlett-Packard in respect of any
and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
26. HP reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms
of this offer without notice.
